개인정보 처리방침

TIA (Today I Ate) 개발자(이하 "개발자")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, '개인정보 보호법' 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 'TIA'(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 사용자의 개인정보가 어떻게 수집, 이용, 보호되는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

본 앱은 회원가입과 사용자 콘텐츠 저장을 위해 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

• 회원 정보: 카카오 또는 Apple 계정에서 제공받은 이메일 주소, 고유 사용자 식별자, 인증 토큰
• 사용자 콘텐츠: 사용자가 직접 업로드한 사진 이미지, 사진에 첨부된 메모·제목, 여행 제목
• 위치 정보: 사진에 포함된 EXIF GPS 좌표, 사용자가 카메라 촬영 시 명시적으로 허용한 현재 위치
• 촬영 시간: 사진의 EXIF 촬영 일시 또는 사용자가 수정한 일시

본 앱은 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 접속 로그 등을 자동으로 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 또는 분석 서비스가 연동되어 있지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

1. 회원 식별 및 인증: 카카오·Apple 소셜 로그인 기반의 회원 식별, 세션 유지
2. 서비스 제공: 업로드한 사진을 사용자 본인에게 날짜별 타임라인 및 지도 위에 시각화
3. 콘텐츠 보관: 사용자가 명시적으로 삭제하기 전까지 사진과 메모를 사용자 본인 계정에 안전하게 보관

3. 개인정보의 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공

본 앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 외부 전문 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다. 본 앱은 사용자의 데이터를 광고주 또는 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

• Supabase Inc. (백엔드·저장소): 회원 인증, 데이터베이스 저장, 이미지 스토리지. https://supabase.com/privacy
• Kakao Corp. (소셜 로그인): 카카오 계정으로 로그인하는 사용자에 한해 이메일·식별자 제공받음. https://www.kakao.com/policy/privacy
• Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple): Apple 계정으로 로그인하는 사용자에 한해 이메일·식별자 제공받음. https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

사용자의 개인정보 및 콘텐츠는 회원 탈퇴 또는 사용자의 명시적 삭제 요청 시까지 보관되며, 이후 즉시 파기됩니다. 회원 탈퇴 시 사진, 메모, 위치 정보, 회원 정보 모두 데이터베이스 및 스토리지에서 삭제됩니다.

5. 사용자의 권리

사용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 열람·수정·삭제: 앱 내에서 본인의 사진, 메모, 위치 정보를 직접 조회·수정·삭제 가능
• 회원 탈퇴: 계정 관리 메뉴 또는 아래 문의처를 통해 탈퇴 요청 가능. 탈퇴 시 모든 데이터 즉시 파기
• 처리 정지: 데이터 처리에 대한 동의 철회 가능

6. 권한 안내

본 앱은 다음 기기 권한을 요청합니다. 권한 거부 시 해당 기능만 제한되며 앱 사용 자체는 가능합니다.

• 사진 라이브러리 접근: 음식 사진 업로드
• 카메라 접근: 음식 사진 촬영
• 위치 정보 접근 (사용 중): 카메라로 촬영한 사진에 현재 위치를 자동 입력 (EXIF GPS가 없는 경우)

7. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하게 될 경우, 즉시 해당 정보를 파기합니다.

8. 데이터 보안

사용자의 데이터는 HTTPS를 통해 암호화되어 전송되며, Supabase의 Row Level Security 정책에 의해 본인의 데이터만 접근 가능하도록 보호됩니다.

9. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

The developer of TIA (Today I Ate) (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how the "TIA" app (hereinafter referred to as "the App") collects, uses, and protects user information.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information for account registration and user content storage:

• Account Information: Email address, unique user identifier, and authentication token provided by Kakao or Apple.
• User Content: Photos uploaded by the user, memos and titles attached to each photo, and trip titles.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates from photo EXIF metadata, and the user's current location when explicitly permitted during camera capture.
• Timestamp: Photo capture time from EXIF metadata or as modified by the user.

The App does not automatically collect advertising identifiers, device information, or access logs. No advertising or analytics services are integrated.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

1. User Identification and Authentication: Account identification and session management via Kakao or Apple social login.
2. Service Provision: Visualizing uploaded photos on the user's personal date-based timeline and map.
3. Content Storage: Securely storing the user's photos and memos under their account until explicitly deleted by the user.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

The App entrusts user data processing to the following external providers. The App does not sell or share user data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

User data and content are retained until the user requests account deletion or explicit content removal, after which they are deleted immediately. Upon account deletion, photos, memos, location data, and account information are removed from the database and storage.

5. User Rights

Users may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access, Modify, Delete: Users may view, edit, and delete their own photos, memos, and location data directly within the App.
• Account Deletion: Users may request account deletion via the account management menu or the contact information below. All data is immediately deleted upon withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of Consent: Users may withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

6. Device Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions. Denying a permission limits only the related feature; the App remains usable.

• Photo Library Access: To upload food photos.
• Camera Access: To take food photos.
• Location Access (While in Use): To automatically attach the current location to camera-captured photos when EXIF GPS is unavailable.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Data Security

User data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS, and access is protected by Supabase Row Level Security policies that ensure only the data owner can access their own data.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or the service. Any changes will be announced on this page with the new effective date.
